Mentorship for Doulas

Birth work comes with situations you can't always prepare for in a training. Whether you're getting ready for your first client, building confidence as you gain experience, navigating a difficult birth or client situation, or you're an experienced doula who wants another trusted birth professional to turn to, you don't have to figure everything out on your own. Birth, Baby! Academy Birth Doula Mentorship gives you personalized support, feedback, and guidance based on where you are in your doula career.

Up to 12 private mentorship meetings. Meet one-on-one with your mentor for up to 12 meetings of up to one hour each during your 12-month mentorship. Meetings are scheduled as you need them rather than on a predetermined monthly schedule.
Email and text support between meetings. Reach out when questions come up with clients, births, or your doula work. Messages are answered during regular business hours.
Birth and client debriefing. Use your mentorship meetings to process births and client experiences, talk through challenging situations, ask questions, receive feedback, and get another experienced perspective. Debrief meetings count toward your 12 mentorship meetings. Personalized professional support.
